Rounding is thought to be "industrial strength meditation". It combines a sequence of asana, pranayama, and meditation and asks of the participant to perform this series multiple times in a row or in "rounds". This practice allows for a profound level of stress release from the nervous system and has proven to unlock higher states of consciousness for the participant. This practice is only to be done in a retreat setting with proper instruction and under close supervision.
